Welcome To Barnams Cafe 

Barnams World of Ice Cream has been trading for over 25yrs on South Belfast’s Lisburn Road. Recently renovated to a high standard they now stock over 50 different types of ice cream, as well as sundaes, freshly made crepes, waffles, paninis and soups. Barnams also stock a wide range of organic teas, coffees and soft drinks as well as a yummy new selection of milkshakes.
